Nidus is derived from Latin for nest. By nest we don’t simply mean a safe place to explore, but a natural space where ideas are hatched. Nidus is where the warmth of life is celebrated; play, curiosity, and risk is cultivated; and maybe, just maybe, a renewed vision of your life in our world is birthed.

Mission
Nidus celebrates the Christian faith, the arts, and justice through an annual festival, gatherings, and events. Nidus fosters unity and learning among Christian persons, groups, and organizations, intermixing faith and ministries, artistic expression, as well as peace and social justice initiatives.

Vision
Nidus will flourish as the hub in Canada for an integrated experience of Christian arts and culture, social justice action, and learning. Nidus will produce an annual festival and develop connections during the year through online communities and mid-year workshops and concerts.
